Destiny’s Child — Bills Bills Bills
I really liked this song, no matter what a bunch of hatin’ ass men had to say about it at the time. The song was never about asking a man to pay her bills for her, it was always about a dude borrowing/taking from her and mooching off her, and never wanting to return the favor, and her getting sick to death of it.
I don’t think dudes at the time were even listening. And those dudes probably still aren’t listening.
