this is a blog run by a WOC tumblrfriend that corrects the misuse of the “x is so bipolar” comments and does it in a humorous, but informative way. i figure this would be good to signal boost since theres a lot of ableism against bipolar disorder and the misunderstanding that the manic and depressive moods can last for weeks and even months.
