HIPS After Dark
HIPS is currently #2 for the Goodmaker Grant. That money is absolutely critical for HIPS to continue doing the outreach and needle exchange work that they do with a population who desperately needs it. Please, please support Sex Workers and IV Drug Users in the D.C. Metro Area by voting and helping us keep the outreach van rolling out Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights.
