That is a mistake. (S)He did not post the white/black behaviour post. 

The only moment when you can consider white people acting “white” is when they forget about or deny their privelege. That makes “acting white” a bad thing but when you say someone “acts black” or “act hispanic” don’t you automatically mean a bad thing too? 
People are themselves and they act like themselves, influenced by their culture and enviroment.
