Im Dong Hyun, who is legally blind, set the 2012 games first world record today and Evelyn Glennie is leading percussionist at the opening ceremonies. The flame isn’t even in the stadium yet and people with disabilities already own this shit.
While I don’t approve, I guess I can understand why the able-bodied might want disabled athletes to perform separately and after they do.
